Leadership isn’t about seizing, proclaiming or taking control of others. Leadership is not about using power in the old, destructive, unsustainable ways we’ve seen on the planet for thousands of years.
Leadership is about influence and right action, action that is rooted in the natural drive of the Cosmos that moves us towards Unity, Coherence and creating in more complex organized ways for the Greater Good.
The very first and most important step in being a good leader is to be in alignment with your Authentic Self, to use your Will power in service to your Higher Purpose and to do so without hidden agendas rooted in the fear of lack or in an attempt to prove your value. You have nothing to prove.
When you are in alignment with your Authentic Self you create with coherence. Coherence is the state when the heart, mind, and emotions are in energetic alignment and cooperation. When you are in a state of coherence, you are more creative, confident and tuned into what your next right action step is.
Coherent leaders follow the whisperings of Life’s Intelligence urging them forward to take the next right step for the evolution of the world.
When you are in a state of coherence, you automatically hold a high vibrational frequency. Being in alignment with this high frequency means you’re able to influence the energy in the room - without even having to do anything.
For many of you, you’re already shaping the world by helping other people tell the TRUE story about Who They Really Are with the work you do in the world. You’re removing pain, blocks, wounds and stuck-ness and helping others claim their Authentic Identity.
But what about you?
Are you really creating the visibility, the recognition, the mastery, the financial support, the vitality you crave to your life?
(Or are you letting your soul be “hijacked” by the energy of a changing world…?)
You can’t lead effectively until you take care of your own Alignment…
As a Leader of the New World, you have to consciously and deliberately craft a consistent faith-based energy that calls into your life the support you need to stretch yourself beyond what you can simply create on your own.
You need to trust the Universe - unwaveringly - and be willing to take risks and get uncomfortable as you grow and serve an evolving world.
You can only lift the vibration of others to the level of your own vibration.
The higher you take your own frequency of energy, the more you create the energy for others to rise with you.
2023 - The Year of Dreams Coming True, A Sneak Peek into the Future and Reaping the Rewards of Karmic Discipline
The past few years have been tumultuous and full of contrasting and challenging energies. The astrological themes for the past three years have been calling us out to release old patterns of the past and to emerge into a deeper alignment with a personal and collective narrative that creates a larger template for us to build from and expand upon.
We are shedding old stories of powerlessness, limitation and “less than”. We are redefining the metrics of our own value, the qualifiers of “success” and exploring how to create more well-being, coherence and collaboration in our lives. We are dismantling all the old structures that bind us to stories that no longer serve us or match our evolved identities.
We are dismantling collective structures that don’t uphold our new stories about who we are and, in the gap that’s left, we’re challenged with beginning the process of building something new - something better…
Many of us are “quietly” quitting, stepping out of the matrix and exploring the question of what else is possible. We’re remembering our creative capacity, reclaiming our true identity and learning to hold a vision for the future that requires us to have to learn to trust in the unfolding of right timing. We are growing our faith muscles and patiently waiting for the path to building a world that is more aligned with abundance, justice, sustainability and the true value of all Life to reveal itself.
This year the planets bring us a fork in the road. We have a choice to either continue with the old ways and wait for the inevitable crumbling of the foundation or we can take leaps of faith and implement solid, grounded steps that will firmly place us on a new path of expanding upon the dreams of what we truly want and the construction of a peaceful, equitable and abundant world.
For those of you who have done the work and courageously explored all the ways in which you allowed yourself to be measured and codified by metrics that don’t do you justice, this is a year that will bring you hope - a glimmer of the fulfillment that lies on the horizon.
With Saturn transiting in Pisces from March 7, 2023 through February 13, 2026, highlighting the Gate 55, the Gate of Faith for most of 2023, we are seeing an opportunity to truly ground our dreams and our loftier ideals in practical action. We have the potential to deepen our faith and to discover that building towards a dream that is bigger than we know “how” to construct is not only possible, but actually logical and reasonable.
In other words, we are learning that dreaming and using stories to build a template of possibility isn’t ungrounded and lofty. It’s actually an essential part of constructing the world we have been longing for and envisioning for decades.
